Returns

If your products do not work out for you, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method. Guten Co. is not responsible for any lost return packages.

To start a return, you can contact us at sarah@gutenco.com and we will promptly reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. You can always contact us for any return question at sarah@gutenco.com.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. Domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground (typically delivers within 2–5 business days from shipment). Tracking info will be sent when your order ships. Guten Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will gladly help with any shipping insurance claim.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with damages for orders more than five business days after delivery.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
