1) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typically you will receive your order within 7 business days of purchase. International shipping can take up to two weeks in transit time. Days in transit may shift if the order is placed during a public holiday or on a weekend.

 

2) THE ITEM I WANT IS UNAVAILABLE...

Guten Co. products are made in small batches so sometimes products will be listed as sold-out. Feel free to contact us if you would like to purchase a sold out item and usually we are able to make the item especially for you and ship within about 2 weeks.

 

3) CAN YOU SEND ITEMS AS A GIFT?

Yes, we can send the package to a different address than the billing address listed in your check-out. Simply email us the alternate address and what you would like written on a personalized note to be included with the item(s).

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. We ship using USPS and UPS with calculated shipping. In order to provide our customers with accurate and fair rates our shipping calculator takes into consideration the weight of the items purchased, shipping destination and desired shipping method. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When requested, we ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us for a quote at sarah@gutenco.com. 

 

RETURN POLICY

If your products do not work out for you, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. The store credit issued for returns does not expire. You can ship your return to 317 Lexington Ave. Ste. 322, San Antonio, TX 78215  with a note in the package with your information and order number. We don't provide return shipping labels unless you received a defected item.
